What are the USPs of BPTP Verti Greens?

First of all it is about the concept of Vertical Gardens. As the name suggests Verti Greens is inspired by Bosco Verticale of Milan, Italy. While Bosco Verticale has vertical gardens in each apartment, the differential here is that Vertical Gardens are being created on specific floors which are accessible to the residents as common gardens that one may enjoy a cup of morning coffee or for a yoga session.

Another USP is that the location of Sector 102 is a very interesting and Unique location, first of all, this sector does not have any villages, this is a major plus point as you will aways have good views from your property and never overlook a village. Not having a village in this sector also helps in maintaining better security in the vicinity.
